Snorkelling from the Bermuda Cruise
We are forever trying to photograph underwater and have never had as much success as we had this trip. I gave Cheryl a Canon Powershot Elph last Festivus and had the foresight to get the underwater enclosure as well. It worked magnificently! Combine the Canon's underwater setting with all that I learned about Photoshop on the Geek Cruise from last year and you get the below results! I can't wait to go to Hawaii with this!!!
As you'll see on the second page, we got an unexpected treat. We ran into [most literally] what we first thought was a *school* of Neon Tetra-like fish. It turned into more of a *swarm*! We were leary of moving too much for fear of scaring them off, but in the security of their school, they were almost oblivious to us, so I was able to shoot freely.
By the way. they couldn't be the Neon Tetras we're familiar with because ours are fresh-water Neons.
